Corn-fed Nebraskan Angus Beef!
A great burger starts with great beef. At Black Stripe we only use the best. Our beef is flown in from the U.S. chilled, not frozen. It is ground here, meaning we select the cuts, the meat to fat ratio and most importantly, the grind itself. With an extensive background in all things related to American cuisine, every ingredient on our menu has been hand picked and paired carefully in total harmony to give you a final product that is unmatched. We have also brought into the kitchen our personal cultural experiences to create fusion recipes not found anywhere except at Black Stripe. We welcome you in joining us on this culinary journey that we are so proud to still be on and hopefully reach new heights together with our customers who, by the way, are always right!
